nooo!! i hate sunburn!!!
looking at my last post, it has been nearly two months since i made an update. opps~~ haha. well well, why the sudden urge to blog then? it's because i finally have something worth blogging about rather than the usual stuff about me going to school and playing computer yada yada yada~~okay, let's start the ball rolling by first proclaiming that i didn't sleep at all last night!! big deal you would say, but the only reason i stayed up was cause i had a one day job at east coast park at 6.30am and would need to wake up by 4.30am, so why bother sleeping ya? anyways, first job i got with noel, exciting exciting, to add to it, it was east coast park! i mean, how many times in your life do you get to work at the beach besides being a road sweeper of course. samsung was having this roller-blading event so i got to be one the event crew there. i always preferred to work for events rather than those at a permanant place. more interesting and dynamic this way. anyways, the job was boring, the crowd were ugly(not physically, just their actions). i can't believe what people would do just to get a goodie bag =.= i mean, there's only a bottle of H2O and a small samsung pouch inside. don't think it's worth throwing away your face for. but what the heck?
now to move on to the brighter points of the day. me and noel were let off early at 1pm(we were supposed to knock off at 3.30pm but i'm not complaning). we ended up renting bikes and went for a ride all the way from ecp to bedok jetty and beyond. do not ask me where is the beyond, there wasn't a sign to tell me. it was really fun. loved the breeze although it messed up my hair like mad. my knee was aching and legs were wobbly by the time we were done. had to grab onto noel to make sure i did not just collaspe while walking. we must have been a real funny sight due to me walking like jelly. had to travel all the way to parkway due to my need for a lychee ice-blended but the cooling and sweet sensation was worth it ok? both of us were totally shagged by the time we got on the bus home. and i just realised around half an hour ago that i got a sunburn. my cheeks, arms and thighs are so red. argh!!! i worked so hard to get abit fairer and now my efforts have all gone to waste. bah!!
another happy thing was that my mum came home for awhile. wasn't long but it felt really good having her here. now my connection is giving me problems again. frustrating!! oh ya. i have to write this out before i forget, we got together on 1st sept 2006. haha, lame i know
